Great place!!! We took a wonderful walk on the trails. Take water and your camera. Didn't do the zip line. But had a very relaxing day. Bathrooms are cute. Not what I expected.
Stopped here on a roadtrip and just wanted to do a little hiking, cross the bridge, explore the creek, etc. I felt like it was super expensive even if you aren't doing the full experience. Maybe a better value if you plan to stay half the day and do the ziplines & such. The wish bridge is cute, but tiny. The swinging bridge is cool. Not as high as I expected but very pretty. The on-site Cider place was very cool and we sampled a few of the ciders (make sure to bring your ID) and bought a few.
Also known as Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park, this is a place where people come for zip line and ATV adventures, an easy hiking trail to a man made waterfall, a small rope tower, and to splash in a river. I have to say, the rope bridge is cool, the river walk was nice, the mine with waterfall was cool, but I was disappointed with the customer service since they didn’t really answer my questions about how long the hike is or what activities we could do that were not zip-lining or ATV’s which are very expensive and not what our kids could participate in. The rope bridge is just off the main area where you can see photos of their history and write a wish on a wristband to hang in their wish hut. The hike goes up a ways, takes about 30 minutes or so one way (depending on how fast you walk), and the trail that leads you to the river is nice. Take some water shoes if you want to walk in the river, or find a place that you don’t have to pay for. It can be a great place for those who have the money to spend on their main attractions, but it’s not much for others.
We did the Waterfall Canopy Tour - it was my first time ZIP-lining and we had a blast! The guides (Clayton and Luke) were awesome - definitely made our experience a positive one. The views are beautiful, the property is super cute and looks like a great place to ‘hang’! Thanks for a great morning!
