Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on December 22, 2023Phase 1 opened Memorial Day weekend in 2019. There are a total of 49 spaces in Phase 1. Phase 1 also includes 5 adorable tiny homes to rent. Phase 2 is being built now to include more RV sites and Safari Glamping tents. I see three of those being built. Sites are level stamped concrete with full hook ups and 50A. Grass in between sites and new trees planted, so no shade yet. The registration office was on old church so it is huge. Full fitness center, bathrooms and laundry. Also a very large pool, a nice playground and a kids room inside the building. When you pull into the registration area there are three spaces for you to park your rig - but - it is a *very* tight turn to get into those spots. I do not think we could of even gotten into the far left lane if the other two were full. Sites 1-16 (in red on the map) are down lower and you do get a lot of road traffic from a main road behind them (which you don't see on the map). I thought site 5, which we're in now, was in the back of the park. Nope, up front and by a pretty busy street. Wifi works great! There are wifi antennas all over the park.

For the last five years we have camped at the KOA in pigeon Forge. Due to events out of our control we were unable to get a spot there so we went looking for a new place. We looked into the ridge. Like the other reviewer has already said it is new, there aren’t many trees, and there is still construction going on. However, that didn’t Diminish our experience at all. Other than the check in we had no trouble with tight turns. I could see how it would be difficult to find your spot if it were dark. There aren’t any streetlights..... (Which adds to the quiet hour… Most of the kids settle down at dark), Only small pedestal lights. The sites are level and very large. There are activities organized by the office such as pool parties, movie night, and the snowcone truck rolls through here.
It’s about a 10 to 15 minute drive into the heart of pigeon Forge.
I teach online classes for VIPkid. I was able to teach classes and use the campground Wi-Fi. The signal was perfect I had no trouble at all.

We stayed here for 4 nights and fortunately had great weather the whole time. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to make a quick run but far enough away to be able to stay out of the mess. Campground was very nice and site was roomy with a stamped concrete pad wide enough and long enough to accommodate 38' Toyhauler, Motorcycle and Pickup. Area was clean with the exception of some dirt runoff due to an ongoing expansion but not anything to worry about. We did experience one night where there was some noise from a vehicle, late at night, that could have been avoided but other than that the evening hours were layed back and relaxing. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival and for the duration of the stay. Price was high at $79/night but we don't camp much yet and felt we would splurge a little.Site had full hookups with excellent wifi and Cable (60 channels) which was best we have come across.
Overall this is a very nice location and will probably only get better with time. I would suggest to try this location soon before the word gets out because availability might be tough.

Whenever we come to the area we always stay here. They have amazing amenities and the sites are large and paved. The location is perfect and we can get to our favorite restaurants in minutes. The staff is wonderful.

This is a new luxury RV park that is still growing and being added to month by month. Beautiful park! Nice long lots that are manicured perfectly. Some lots are a little narrow but there are plenty that are not. Large pool with live music! Golf cart rental. Carts need to be updated though. Very family friendly. Great WiFi and digital cable. Some of the lots even have hot tubs on them! Brand new office with camp store and very employees. They also give 10% discount to military and first responders! Lookout anchor down. You got competition!

Beautiful place. Steep incline for entry. Wifi speed is pitiful, especially considering it is mid-week and the place is not full at all.

We had high hopes for this park but were not impressed. The positives are that it is super clean, they are building more amenities (lazy river/pool) and everything is new. The negatives are that this is a parking lot - you are on top of your neighbor regardless of where your site is. The campground WIFI was horrible which is surprising since the park is so new you would think they would have the latest technology. The rubbish trucks pull into the campground at 6:30am and start emptying (LOUD BANGING) the large dumpsters. The fire pit was next to sewer of your neighbor. This site was tight for a 45' fifth week due to the angle of the site and the closeness to the next row of sites - but we managed. The sites have concrete, large stone at the pedestal - they were fine - it was just the layout of this campground. This will be our last visit for sure.

We were there for the 2022 Renegade Rally. The facilities were very nice and well maintained. All the sites were concrete with a picnic table and fire pit and full hookups. The resort is pretty new, so the trees are small. No shade. The sites were fairly close together. The pool was closed but the hot tub was open. Great tub! The conference center was very nice for our meetings and for square dancing! The gift shop was well stocked. There is a coffee shop at the entrance to the resort.

We were here for the AIM Rally. Site was long & level with nice grass area between sites. All utilities worked great. Staff was friendly and the entire property was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the fact that it was away from the congestion of the tourist areas but still close enough for an easy commute. We camped at The Ridge Outdoor Resort in a Motorhome.
