“32 acres of camping”
Griffin Island Campground is a family owned and family oriented 32 acre property with campers overlooking beautiful Douglas Lake and pontoon boats to relax and play on beautiful Douglas Lake. Tent sites are available with a camper rental. Come relax on our two level waterfront deck or take a leisurely boat ride on one of our pontoon or paddle boat rentals. We also have pavilions with grills and picnic tables for family gatherings. Griffin Island is covered with trees to maintain privacy with open areas for activities and viewing the wildlife of the island, and of course the breath taking views of the Tennessee Mountains and Douglas Lake. Enjoy these pleasures while exploring our 14 acre island and our main land facility, which have all the necessary utilities to provide you with a vacation of pure relaxation.
