Duvall is new campground and it seems as if they spared no expense! Everything is super nice and there are a lot of little touches that were put into it to make it special - like a telescope so you can look at the eagles. The landscaping looks great, but again - it's a new campground so it isn't mature just yet. They have a few cabins too. We filled up on propane while we were here and the campground is right behind a gas station which made it easy to fill up on the way out of town. The owners are super nice and helpful and are working hard to make this a super destination. One note - there isn't a bathroom for the RV sites - only one for the cabins. Also, it did smell a lot like fresh asphalt, but that's to be expected for new construction. If you need to be close to this campground, it is a good one to stay in. However, if you are looking for more of a nature feel - maybe look elsewhere.

Great place to stay, friendly owners working hard to make your stay a good one. Free tubes rental for tubing in the creek, some site back up to the creek paved roads and sites, fire wood, propane available on site. Definitely will be coming back here. one of the Best wifi I have had traveling around the country.

My wife and I stayed here for the first outing in our travel trailer. The park owners were very helpful, they keep the park super clean. WiFi performed great, I was able to stream live sports and Netflix. The low overnight was 27, so we are planing a return trip for some warmer weather. Final thought, the owner was kind enough to text me at 9:00 pm to make sure that I knew it was going to freeze overnight.

We stayed here for just over a week and were beyond impressed. The amenities on site include everything you need and more. We have two young kids so the river (with kayak and tubes available), splash pad and paved roads for biking were great. The owner's were so wonderful and even hosted a cookout on the weekend and invited all guests. There was food, a raffle, bike race for the kids and cornhole tournament for the adults. They have successfully created a quaint campground that they are continuously updating. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this campground and look forward to staying again. The owners were very welcoming when we arrived. The campground was clean and well maintained. The asphalt sites were level and we loved that our site backed up to the Little Pigeon River. There are a number of amenities available (a splash area, eagle's nest viewing telescope, kayak/inner tube rental to use on the river, and souvenir rock painting).
The internet and phone coverage here were fantastic. I had to work during the days and had no issues whether transferring files or participating in a conference calls. It's the best connectivity we've experienced at a campground to date.
Another benefit was the proximity to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. While it's not the same atmosphere as staying in the National Park, it made for a quick drive time when heading to Dollywood and other attractions.

Fantastic smaller RV Park where owners have immense pride in what they have created. All pads are asphalt and full hook ups. We stayed in site 3, a premium site next to the river and it was absolutely wonderful. We were here on a very warm and muggy day for September but a rain came through and really cooled things off. We would absolutely recommend this park and we plan to come back again!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving 2020. The owners provided a free catered turkey lunch from Cracker Barrel Thursday afternoon. Then that evening had a Christmas tree decorating in the pavilion with hot chocolate. Then Friday night had a band at the pavilion. This campground was the highlight of our trip to the smokey! Will be looking forward to our return trip!!

We spent a total of 2 weeks in the Smoky Mountains National Park area in 3 different campgrounds. This one was my second favorite. It’s a small campground with asphalt and grass. Gated. The owners were very nice and active. Constantly working around the campground. The laundry room was disappointing. It’s a little cabin with a single residential washer and dryer; we did our laundry at a nearby laundromat. Our site was level and we had cell service. Convenient to Sevierville and Gatlinburg.
