The rest of the area has permanent trailers with occupants who live there. The RV spots are in the center. Can be noisy from the road above or from locals passing right by to get out. Otherwise an OK backup place if Rancho Sedona RV park is full or too expensive. If you arrive early, be sure to wait until after Noon to see if space is available yet. WiFi is good.

We decided to stay here for New Years last minute, I called and was offered a spot due to a recent cancellation. I was extremely happy due to short notice on the holiday weekend. When we got to the rv park it was a little confusing on the direction to enter the park, we are towing a 32’ trailer so this is kind of frustrating as the driveway is tight getting into the park. We then notice the pictures on the reviews previous to us are not very accurate, this is a very old run down mobile home park with a few rv sites. The place has so much potential but is just a basic place to stay with full hookups. I would stay here in a pinch again just know the previous pictures are not accurate.

We were happy to find a spot close to Sedona but were surprised because the pictures on the website don't look anything like the campground itself. Spots are very tight, we spent a long time trying to get into and out of our spot with a 29ft travel trailer, I can't imagine having a larger camper. The spots are in the middle of a mobile home park which we didn't know but everyone seemed nice and you can go to the creek which we enjoyed. I would say the best part is the location and the hookups worked but seemed overpriced otherwise. Getting in and out of the park is also tight, we ended up going out the "in" way because we were to afraid we wouldn't make it out with the slope. One toilet and one shower for all of the campers, laundry worked but makes you get an app to work them and put a minimum of $25 to start it so ended up being a very expensive load of laundry.

As the previous reviewers have outlined, this is an older, fairly run-down mobile home park with some tight spots for RVs down the center. The pictures online capture the “best” of the park but don’t really represent what it’s like - we were surprised. You are down below road level so don’t get any views, you are on the creek but surrounded by old single-wides on all sides. There are lots of dogs and people, and the next RV over is going to be about 8ft away. Those are the cons. The pros: you are close/walkable to gallery row in Sedona and some truly world-class hiking. Check out Broken Arrow trial (about a 10 min walk). The WiFi is decent. Not video conference/streaming decent, but email/scrolling decent. Cell service is excellent. Priced reasonably. We didn’t see the park managers at all while we were there and they never answered the phone but they were pretty responsive to email. People were friendly who lived in the mobile homes. Laundry room and bathroom were clean. Overall we would stay here again.

Sedona seems to only have two RV Park/Campground options that I could tell. That being said, options are limited! I wouldn't say we thoroughly LOVED our stay here but we certainly enjoyed it. Probably more for Sedona than the campground itself.
Pros: Creek Access, Location, WiFi worked for video conferencing and streaming. Price wasn't terrible considering options available.
Cons: Cozy spots. A bit odd as people actually live in trailers here. Rather busy. Highway nearby so not a lot of walking access, had to drive everywhere. Awkward steep hill to enter/exit and rather small sites (fine for us but not sure about others)

It works if you need a spot to stay for the short term. Awesome location, very close to many trails. Cheap rates especially for Sedona. Very easy to get in and out no need to check in. We enjoyed exploring Sedona so it got the job done. Just keep your blinds closed as it’s not an attractive view, not the kinda place you wanna sit outside your rig. The creek out back was gorgeous and had a walkway to enjoy for us and our dogs. No real rules from what we could tell. People live here so diesel trucks were starting up early in the morning.... I assume people going to work. Overall it was a pretty mellow vibe other than a complete meltdown one woman had in the laundry room outside of our site, yelling and screaming and cussing that someone had touched her laundry, which was rather disturbing given the intensity and length of it. Went on for literally 30 minutes, screaming as she walked back and forth to her unit. Other than that, it was fine. If you are desperate for a place in Sedona, this will work just know what you are getting...and hope no one touches anyone’s laundry!

Tights pull through, very narrow. The park itself is fine but the water stopped on my site. Great location and good internet nonetheless.

If you're like us, you're quickly noticing RV spots in Sedona are hard to come by. There are two in Sedona proper, one of which is very expensive (El Rancho) and the other has mixed reviews (Oak Creek Mobilelodge). I can say without hesitation that we have zero regrets staying at Oak Creek Mobilelodge. Sure, it's a trailer park with predominately year-round residents and run down homes, the spaces are quite small, and it can be tricky to maneuver unless you're a veteran at driving your large rig (we have a 22' and had no issues getting in/out). It's not the most beautiful place we've stayed, but here are the perks: (1) residents are friendly but mind their own business, (2) laundry facility is very clean and you can pay by app, (3) the river access is great for morning walks with your pup or meditating, (4) the nearest trail - Marg's Draw - is within walking distance, (5) as soon as you exit the park you have access to everything Sedona, whether it's outdoors or in town. We enjoyed staying at Mobilelodge, as it's tucked behind the road and very quiet at night. I had no issues getting in touch with the front office, and in fact, Heather was extremely pleasurable to work with. Note: the front office is closed for in-person visits due to COVID. We had a special request and she fulfilled without hesitation, and it made our trip significantly better. My advice is this: to stay here you must understand that the aesthetics and privacy are not there. This does not speak to the safety, however. We had our belongings outside for multiple nights and nothing was touched. You will be temporarily visiting a neighborhood of locals, which for me, was enjoyable to escape feeling like a tourist for a bit during our travels. If you're able and willing to approach this visit humbly, I guarantee you will enjoy your stay. If you're expecting the luxuries of most RV parks, look elsewhere.

Not Bad For A Last Resort. Unfortunately They Don’t Answer Phone Quickly. They Have A Sign At The Office “ Do Not Disturb “
Great location, steep decline/incline to access park. This is a run down mobile home park with around 6-8 spots for RV’s. The spots are tight and you might need to ask the mobile home residents to move their cars to get in or out of the spot. The Wi-Fi was good but turns off around 10pm. 50 amp and water worked great. There is no access to the river due to winter flood damage. There’s not a store on the property to buy anything you may have forgot. The mobile home residents are respectful but are in and out all day long.
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have nowhere else to stay.
