Tat's East Coast Delicatessen was started by Brian Tatman & Jason Simodejka in the spring of 2004. Both Brian (Tat) and Jason grew up on the East Coast in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas and moved to Seattle circa 1996. It didn't take long to realize that Seattle wasn't taking full advantage of the tasty culinary treats that their hometowns had to offer.
