You probably don’t know that you’ve been missing out on the best Chinese-Korean in town. Heck, you probably didn’t even know that Chinese-Korean food was an option for you to miss out on. I’m here to tell you that it is and you are.
To fill this new found void in your life, go to Red Lantern in the International District. I stumbled upon this gem while searching for authentic dim sum restaurants. I visited Red Lantern believing they had delicious dim sum. While there was a distinct lack of dim sum on their menu, the food they did have made up for it. We ordered a bit of everything–such a large amount of food that our adorable waitress brought over an extra table. Our favorites were the Shanghai Spring Rolls, Sichuan Peppercorn Shrimp, and Red Lantern Greens. Everything we tried was delicious and I can’t wait to go back to explore the menu more.
