Mkt. gets its name from Meridian, which was the traditional name for the neighborhood; the historic Keystone Building it’s housed in; and Tangletown, as the area is now known. With just 28 seats, Mkt. is an intimate space serving thoughtful, contemporary American fare with a dedication to Northwest products. We keep it simple. We like to use fresh ingredients and we like to let the food do the talking. Generous bowls of housemade pasta, locally-foraged mushrooms, delicately prepared fish, wood-fired pizza, a ribeye for two, and a passion for doing it right.
