It also has a dune formation that rises 260 feet above the lake with spectacular views and 1,952 acres of recreational opportunity. We have 221 modern & rustic campsites and three modern mini cabins. Pet friendly shoreline.
Wonderful amenities. Campground, camp store, bathrooms, and the beach/dunes are all lovely. Only complaint were noisy campers around us all night, but that isn’t any fault of Warren Dunes, only inconsiderate guests.
Warren Dunes State Park provides 1,952 acres of recreational opportunities along the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan in southwestern Michigan. The rugged dune formation rises 260 feet above the lake and offers spectacular views and excellent for hang gliding. The park is one of the most popular of Michigan's state parks with an average of one million visitors almost every year. It has three miles of shoreline, six miles of hiking trails and is open year-round. Note - there are 2 campgrounds at Warren Dunes State Park ('modern' and 'semi-modern'). The photos we have listed are for the MODERN (dune) campground.
