Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on December 28, 2022This RV park is our favorite beach-side commercial park. It is small, well-maintained, and the view of the beach is unobstructed. There were no crowds when we were there in the middle of the week in the Summer. The RV sites are perfectly flat and all concrete and grass surrounds each site so you won't track much sand back into your camper. The owners manage the place, live on-site, and were good to work with. We had decent cell service, but we didn't need it because the campground wifi worked fine with good signal. Note: The driveway entrance is immediately to the right at the base of the new corkscrew bridge over the Intracoastal Canal. It is easy to miss if you don't pay attention. If you do miss it, you will have a long drive along the beach to find a place to turn around.

Unique experience.... reservation, confirmation, and check-in info all done online and via email. No manager on-site, no camp host. However, it all worked fine, and with only 7 sites: it kinda makes sense. The site was perfectly level concrete. Plenty long enough for my 34' bumper tow, and truck to fit. Full hookup, and wifi worked very well. Each site has a half picknic table (bench only on one side). No fire rings. We arrived the day after Christmas with temps in the 50's... Mosquitos were out in mass, although they weren't as bad during the day! The surf is maybe 40 yards from the back of our site... with the intra-coastal canal 150 yards on the other side. It's around 25 miles to the closest WalMart, and H.E.B. grocery store in Bay City. If you want seclusion.... this is the place. It is exactly what we had hoped for. We'll be back.

This RV park is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Best spots if you have a back in with rear or side windows spaces 1-5. Incredible views from all we had space 7 and our rear view was the inlet. Plenty to see with the giant barges going by. Laundry room is new washer and dryers $1.50 each very new and clean. The floor needed sweeping but very nice. We have two small dogs no dog run but easy to walk the dogs. Hookups are good. WE WILL BE BACK. While you are here Drive 1.5 miles back to the FLAMINGO TEXAS liquor store. Great people.

We were on our way back to Florida from a 10 week tour of the SW. we made reservations months ago not knowing exactly what we would experience. The process to reserve a water front spot and to check-in was all electronic. No manager on-site, but a phone number posted at the laundry. Our concrete site 3 was level and long. Full hookup, and wifi and cell worked during day but not in early morning ours (like 3 am) well. Mosquitos were out at dusk, but day was ok. The ocean is right there!from the back of our site... sunsets are amazing! Stock up with food supplies in Bay City because there is nothing but beautiful beach here. We wanted to be away from the madding crowds after our main trip and this fit the bill perfectly. Quiet, secluded and beautiful- It is exactly what we had hoped for when we blindly made reservations months ago!.

Really lovely location with only a little road separating you from the beach. Tim, the owner, is friendly and helpful, and makes sure each of his visitors is comfortable. Services all work well. This place is a hidden gem.
Great RV park. Only 7 spots, 5 are back ins that are on the Gulf of Mexico and the other 2 back in to the intercostal canal. The owner, Tim is great! This small RV park is something special and we will definitely return. Has laundry facilities. Nearest grocery stores are about 25 mins away. Fishing, swimming and anything beachy is awesome here.
