Resort is the right term for this gem which is 50 miles from Ft. Worth. This is a large RV park with 115 spots. The majority (97) are pull through sites with full hookups. Sites are very level with 6'x8' concrete pads and fire pits.
The park also has 14 cabins varying in degrees of rustic feel. There is a game room with foosball, ping pong and darts. A small exercise room and a pool and hot tub are also available. There are some outdoor games and a playground in the central area of the park.
The laundry and showers were new and clean. The washers and dryers did an ok job of cleaning the clothes.
Ambiance was the real winner here. The entrance road takes you over a bridge and charming creek nestled among trees. On one side of the park a ranch complete with cattle, horses and rancher feeding the animals hay.
On the other side the creek winds along the cabins and a walking path leads to a fishing hole which we did not explore.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price we paid was the Good Sam price. There was plenty of space in mid March but I'm sure it would be more crowded in the summer season.
We had good phone service with T-Mobile and the internet download speeds were 10 mb/sec. We were able to stream Netflix without any buffering.
We will most definitely come back.

Convenient to highway but full of long term guest who came and went at all hours of day and night. Facilities were clean but we were right next to a smelly cow pasture. Definitely have dinner at Natty Flats Smokehouse about 5 miles away. Order the Trio special.

We are brand new to RV camping, and decided to meet some fellow newbies at Coffee Creek. This was the second time ever to use our RVs for both couples. $36 rate included our Good Sam discount of $4. The pull-throughs were very nice, the bath houses and pool nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. On a different review we read (on Google Reviews), it said that all sites have a picnic table. I think he meant to say NOT all sites have picnic tables instead of "Note all sites have picnic tables" because they were far and few between. There are almost no trees anywhere on the grounds near the RVs. There are many trees near the cabins. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Gilbert Pecan Co, and also Natty Flats cute little town. It was an enjoyable weekend and we hope to be back soon!

Very quiet rural campground just 1 mile north is I 20 on hwy 281. 20 miles to great shopping in East Weatherford Tx that is on either side of I 20 and just minutes away. Great WiFi and phone service. 5G T-Mobile. Very clean laundry and bathrooms.

We took our new TT for its first trip to test out and found this nice place. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Great sites, appears that they are all pull through, our Lacrosse 3411 is 40’ and it fit no problem. Has very nice on site bathrooms and showers. We didn’t try the pool but it looked very nice. Only shortcoming is the internet is kind of slow but we made it through. Convient to Weatherford and shopping.

This is a very nice resort with a lot of things to do. The office closes at 7pm but if you are coming in late, they will tape your site map to their door and you will be able to just swing by and pick it up on your way in. The bathrooms and showers are very nice. We are just passing through, but this is definitely a place that I wouldn’t mind staying at for a longer time.

We loved this campground!! We arrived without a reservation and was able to get a nice site. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are very nice. Best shower at a campground I have ever used!! We loved that it was not far off the Highway, but far enough to not hear it. We will definitely stay here again.
