Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I am traveling west to relocate from KY and had booked all my travel accomodations in a day across a handful of sites. I goofed and booked the wrong night in Santa Rosa therefore earning a 'no show' and charge for an unstayed night. These folks, specifically Jorge, were understanding of my mistake and worked to accommodate me without excessive additional fees. I am so grateful for them and their empathy! The hotel itself is your usual - comfortable and complete with what you need. I believe experiences are made by people and these folks certainly made mine great!

Side note: they no longer are a pet friendly hotel. Third party sites haven't updated to match this so you have been warned :)

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, large rooms and plenty of selection for the continental breakfast. It worked perfectly for us.
