HIPICO Santa Fe

We spent 4 nights here mid-April with about half a dozen other campers. The sites are very narrow comprised of what appeared to be a lava rock gravel - my dogs didn't like walking on it. One side of the park is 50 amp hookups and the other side is for 30 amp. The electric and water hookups are shared, there's sewer at each site. There's no picnic tables, firepit or BBQ at any of the sites - I don't think there'd be enough space for any of those amenities. The drive to the RV Park is half a mile on a dirt road in real need of regrading - it's a bone-rattler! Even at $45 per night I was disappointed.

I used this fat jumping off point for Santa Fe. It is very quiet and clean. Wi-Fi was poor on my end kept dropping. Campspot check in never saw the owners. The road is rough coming in wash board dirt road.

Nice RV park outside of Santa Fe. Located on a huge horse facility where they board, train, give lessons, and hold horse shows of all kinds. Sites are very close together, but while we were there, we did not have anyone next to us. Sites are gravel & pretty level. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Relatively quiet. This is near the airport so there is some noise, but not excessive. Enjoyed seeing the horses and being out of town away from traffic and surrounded by buildings. Would definitely stay again.
