Spots are very close together with not much room for maneuvering. One side of the park is about 20’ below the busy railroad tracks and highway.
$45 a night is a bit high for what you’re getting for a park in my opinion. Their stance is you get to use the pool, sauna, fitness room. (However don’t use thief towels or take any ice) They do have good WiFi.
The pros, the view from the beach is beautiful. If you’re a boater it’s perfect. If you aren’t into the camping experience and hanging outside you’re rig it’s conveniently located by shops and restaurants.
It’s an in town parking spot. I was just a bit put off that their website description was so misleading. I am posting real pictures of the park which are not on their website.

This parking lot was taken over by the city from the Best Western across the road a year ago. For $50 you get electrical hookup, a neighbor 6 feet away, and the continuous noise of the overpass and railway line right overhead all night. How they can call it a resort is beyond comprehension. It is a gravel pit, and nothing more.
