Great HAPPY HOUR 3p – 6:30p Mon - Fri. $4 drafts & House Wine, $3 Wells, Margaritas, LITs, MaiTai's, $5 Mexican Martinis. $2 off select appetizers. Palmer's won "BEST OF" in Hays County 3 years (2010-2012) in a row! If coming late night, we would appreciate a call! We typically let volume dictate our close and may stay open later if business allows.
