Stayed here with my nearly-one year old little boy in 2014 and it was amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. The hospitality was wonderful. It's in a great location too, just a couple blocks to a very very vibrant downtown, that has everything! Bars, restaurants, pizza places, cafes, coffee shops. On my next road trip through Texas Hill Country I'm definitely staying in San Marcos longer than a day. It's also very conveniently located near swimming holes and other fun outdoors stuff to explore. And the breakfast at the B&B was delicious!
