“Cool enough for a date”
The imagined idea behind the restaurant design is that we bought a small beachside cottage. We had a little money left over and so we put in a killer stainless kitchen and filled the rest of it with comfy, but modern furnishings and accents. Everywhere we could have a window, we put one. Our desire is to bring the outside in. We added a lovely covered patio for when friends come to visit. We planted vines and herbs and let them run wild. Comfortably urban. Cool enough for a date. Relaxed enough for a bite before a movie. Wherever feasible, we have used recycled materials and environmentally friendly products.
