“Cocktail Inspired Fare”
My goal is to bring a tangible sense of culture around food, and develop a strong sense of community. I know that even though food is the Bay Area's celebrity, I feel like it is just that, a celebrity and not necessarily accessible to everyone. It is my goal to bridge that gap. To reconnect people with the source of their food, teach them that food does not have to be fancy to be good, and to bring back an honest approach to how it is prepared.
If you love cocktails and tacos (and really, who doesn't?), then you'll love the spirits-laced creations (prices vary) at Chef Joshua Wilder Oakley's destination-worthy pop-up: fillings might include crispy Negroni bacon or tequila-braised baby octopus.
