Roomstorm - Formerly Walksource

Roomstorm is 100% fraudulent. I'd thought since the airline was the one who recommended them that they'd be legit. I wound up having to spend the night at the airport on a wooden bench. They took my money and then I found out there was no reservation made, they blamed Expedia, said they'd refund me, even gave me a refund receipt number but I never got the money! It was refunded to ROOMSTORM!!

Run- don't call!
Given card by airline after flight was canceled for courtesy discount hotel stay. Booked a nearby hotel and when we arrived, they did not have our reservation. I called Roomstorm while standing at the front desk and they called the front desk and explained that they booked the reservation through expedia. Roomstorm called me back and proceeded to tell me that the front desk attendant said it would be 13 minutes. I stood and listened to the entire conversation. Nothing was said even close to what Roomstorm told me. I overheard him tell the front desk that they booked it on Expedia. The whole situation reminds me of the scam foreign call centers. Meanwhile my wife and I are beat, and wanting to sleep and are now stuck waiting hours in the lobby to see if Expedia finally enters our reservation. Or did the reservation ever get entered? If Roomstorm would tell me things that the front desk attendant never said, how can I believe they actually made a reservation for me after they charged my card?

Extremely poor customer service: they take your money and run!
We had a connecting flight cancelled in DEN at 10PM, replacement flight to be following morning. The airline gave us a card from roomstorm to find a room. The best we could do was more than 20 miles away but we took it rather than sleep in the airport. Then we found we could not get an uber ride out of DEN, nor could we rent a car at the last minute. We tried to call roomstorm customer service to explain our situation but they leave you on hold forever. Now we're stuck paying for a room we could not use.
Avoid these crumbs at all cost!
