They've changed A LOT. The rooms are no longer kitschy and bright-- they're now tastefully simple (but not barren or anything). If you're the kind of person who likes to do your own thing, they'll accommodate that and leave you alone, but really, take advantage of the community atmosphere of this place!

If you are around San Francisco, then do not hesitate visiting the Red Victorian historic hotel and stay for a night.

It is not just a simple hotel, it is an important hotel that held memorial conversations at the earlier years.

Its red external paint will let you recognize it immediately and once you get in and you go to your rooms you will get excited with the decoration. Every room is different.

We loved it there, the rooms are very clean and well cared. The staff was helpful enough and the breakfast really nice and healthy.
