Mission Beach Boardwalk

We were there at the beginning of a Pacific Coast Hwy trip so I can safely say that in the twelve days of traveling from San Diego to San Francisco we have seen a LOT of beaches. This one was one of my favorites - although I didn't know it at the time!
Parking was easy (we were there the week before July 4th) and there was a cute little restaurant right off the beach where we had lunch. The beach is long and not overly crowded with a nice Boardwalk. Places to rent bikes, etc. I wish I had actually gone in the water but was surprised by how cold the water is!
