Reasonably priced amusement park, especially if you can catch special deals from Seaworld's web site.  Prepare to walk though as the park is laid out, with some exhibits (dolphin feeding) on one side of the park and rides (Steel Eel & Great White roller coasters) on the opposite side.  While running / walking shoes would be great for the amount of walking you'll do, you are sure to get wet, so a water shoe or flip-flop is ideal.  A lot to see and do for all ages from Sesame Street themed shows and kiddie rides to the 155 foot drop of the Steel Eel roller coaster.  The various shows are entertaining as well.  I really enjoyed the Beluga whale show because of the acrobatics of the high dive artists.  If you are wanting to get splashed during the shows I suggest finding locations near the front (in the marked Splash Zones) and as close to the middle as possible.  Family and I sat in a couple of Splash Zones but off to the side and remained dry.

Great for kids...I used to be OBSESSED with Shamu when I would go as a kid. I think they have a new shamu now. Avoid the heat.

One of my top favorite places while i was in San Antonio last summer, was definitely the Seaworld !

Oh my God, what a great place. We stayed there for almost 7 hours and my youngster were absolutely thrilled with the various shows, such as the dolphin and orca shows. There you can also find two great roller coasters which kids will find a great fun.

You should avoid visiting the Seaworld on weekends, because the place gets absolutely over-crowded and you won't enjoy it as you would during the weekdays, because of the long ques. Because the food is rather expensive, you are allowed to bring water coolers with you, but you can get only one bottle/person.

I suggest you to buy food wristbands, because you will surely stay there many hours and you will get hungry. Since the food is rather expensive, with the food wristbands you will save a good amount of $$!!

One of my best San Antonio experiences ever....highly recommended!

Had a great trip with my family! Only negative is that we waited an hour to get tickets because there were only 7 out of 16 booths open. Loved the shows. Loved the kid area! Memories I hope my niece remembers.
