Way back when, a summer kitchen was an outbuilding where all the cooking was done in an effort to keep the heat out of the main house. It seemed appropriate to name this restaurant at the beach, the Summer Kitchen and to invite the owners, visitors and workers at Rosemary Beach and the surrounding communities in for a bite - and keep the heat out of your kitchen!
