Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on October 26, 2021Quiet and lovingly maintained family run campground, with clean and well maintained bathroom, shower and laundry facilities. Camp host was wonderful!
Most recent stay was 05-1-2016 (I’m late on my reviews) We camp in a "Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table & set up our dining canopy for sun/ weather protection so we rely on condition of campgrounds facilities being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area.
Locking gate for security, paved roadways, lots of shade trees, large level grassy sites with gravel for the rv and cement patio with picnic table – not crowded at all. The seclusion is nice away from noise of city and the interstate – older park 50’s era with some monthly full timers scattered about but still everything is neat and well kept.
Got a site close to restroom/showers which is in a cement block building; they were very clean although old and outdated from the fixtures/sinks, vanity, toilet, & shower stalls and reason for 3 star rating. A trip to local Home Depot would do wonders for the place. The shower area is large and includes private dressing area in each stall, including a rubber mat when you step out of the fiberglass shower, with hooks for towels and clothes, a shelf, and a corner bench – perfect set up. Wish they had hooks and shelves at community sink area a convenience necessity that many campgrounds seem to ignore. Older washers / dryers that work.

The place is located near the Umpqua river With trees and grass. Wineries right down the street. Pull through was large and easy to park. We were right next to a long term tenant that was pretty loud with barking dogs and screaming kids. Otherwise a good stay. Don’t arrive early, front desk lady freaks the F out.

This is a nice clean park with large spots and plenty of mature trees. It had really fast internet when we were there. It is convenient to the town for shopping, yet out far enough that you don't feel like you are in a city. There are at least half a dozen wineries nearby, including one across the street, so if you like trying wine, this is a great one.
With the wineries and the hills, this sort of feels like southern California, except without the traffic and the obnoxious drivers.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, one of the most friendly we've met in all our travels.
The dark haired young gal that works in the office is fantastic. All the staff is super great. This is about an 85 spot rv park. Forks river park is right next door and where you access the river. Sites are nice size and there are lots of mature trees that don't hang low. Park I very nice and quiet. Laundry and showers are excellent. A small store in the office. Good for wine, beer, snacks etc. There is a winery right across the street. This is a good place for pets. Lots of walking areas. Sites are gravel and pretty darn level. No rv 10 yr Old rule. I drive a 1991. Wonderful park, wonderful people and very quiet. They do allow tent camping. Wi-Fi was pretty good and I was in the back of the park. Full bars of straight talk.

Very friendly hosts in this clean and well maintained vacation park. Large shady camp sites with mature trees, picnic table, surrounded by lawn areas. Lots of pull thrus. Nice private showers (tiled w/dressing area), little store in office. There’s a large grassy area with swings and horseshoe pits. Kid friendly, easy biking. Public park right next door has river access, beach, boat ramp, full playground. Also next door are Botanical Gardens and nearby multiple wineries with tasting rooms.

Was able to call, leave message for a 1 night stay. Prompt call back with a 30 amp spot available for the night.
Nice park, green grass and shade trees. There appears to be a lot of monthly or long term users in 1 section of park. Quiet and relaxing.

October 11-14, 2021 for 3 nights. This was our second time to stay here while in the area visiting family and local wine tasting. There are a lot of full time residents staying here and their parked around the outside perimeter lanes of the park. Some people have collected too much "stuff" around, and under their rigs. I think they should have stricter codes about that type of rule.
There are many mature, huge trees of all kinds in the park. Fall colors are great here. Plenty of green grass. We sure are glad they keep many sites open just for vacationers like us. One of the bathhouse's recently burned up in a fire so its quite the walk to the other one for a shower. The office staff and all the maintenance crew are super friendly. There's a large County Park and a small Botanical Garden just outside the front gate. Great for dog walking
( but no dogs allowed in the County Park during the busy summer months).
