“a haven for divers and snorkelers”
A snorkeling trail is coming to the waters south of Phil Foster Park — a haven for divers and snorkelers who flock to the county park around the high tide to enjoy the clear ocean water that floods that section of the Lake Worth Lagoon near the Blue Heron Bridge.Palm Beach County’s Department of Environmental Resources Management is planning to build the snorkeling trail this month in the rectangular boats-excluded area on the south side of the park. For snorkelers and divers, Phil Foster Park offers a lot: lifeguards, free parking, even the shade of the Blue Heron Bridge.
