Ratings Summary
Positives:
- friendly owners
- year round hook-ups
- year round bathhouse
- pet friendly
- relatively clean grounds
- good wifi.
negatives:
- very busy in our experience, and filled with a lot of full-time residents.
- not very private
- not very good views compared to other local parks.
We prefer Glenwood RV Park, which is on the other side of Riverside. It has a better views and nicer sites, and tends to be less crowded. However, while Glenwood is open year round, they're services are not complete in the winter months.

My spouse and I are traveling nurses. We have stayed at some interesting RV parks and Margie's is definitely the worst of all time!!! While we enjoyed the Okanogan County area and we love our work, this place is a dump run by a total slumlord. We were there several months and just left Jan 2021. We tried going other parks and they were all full. So we were stuck here. Sad face. Every day I prayed our jobs would relocate us elsewhere. Well...from our mouth to God's ears...we were transferred HALLELUJAH. As far as the other recent fake reviews from other sites...what a joke. There was no one like that here. It's full of permanent resident slobs. We just kept busy and tried to ignore the daily fighting amongst the residents and the drugs use. I'd probably have to self medicate if I was stuck there full time too. There has been no one new there in months. A little birdie told me Margie wrote those recent reviews herself to get more business because she's trying to pump up her business to make it more attractive to sell. Arnie the manager is cool, just feel bad he's stuck there. The spaces are tight, there's no privacy, everything is old and falling apart and Oh, and to top it off on the windy days, you get to really smell the septic stench. I want you to know the truth about this awful place. I played along with the sham here and was nice to everyone.
Margie shutdown the bathhouse and that made the people angry. The neighbor Ken told me he had to poop in a bucket because his sewer line was frozen and the toilets were locked up...we all had to do laundry in Omak...it was a hassle to have to drive 20 minutes to wash clothes...there is a cute convenience store in Riverside...major shopping is far away...got tired of hearing complaints from everyone about Margie.
Being nurses we know sh*t and this place is full of it!!!
