Nice clean, small park. Most amenities were closed due to Covid, but laundry was open and looked clean and nice. Right off the freeway, but didn't notice any major freeway sounds. Very friendly and helpful staff and camp host. Would definitely stay here again for a night or for visiting the area.

Rice Hill RV is a very nice RV park with FHU; Picnic tables, decent separation between sites, view of the hills beyond, and is very clean and tidy. RV sites are on asphalt, are level, and can accommodate large rigs. Most of the sites are used by monthly (or yearly) stays, but their sites are kept clean and are NOT over run with "stuff" spilling out from their RVs. Outside, you can hear the freeway a bit, but with doors and windows closed ( we were here in mid March) we did not hear it. The wifi was not a strong signal; T-Mobile access to internet on I-phone was faster. The cable TV did work well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Site 19 and 20 are not level. If we knew enough to manually level our 34’ motorhome think it would be better for us. As we are very new to the RV life we don’t know enough about how to self level our jacks.
I would stay her again and every-time we drive l-5 here in Oregon.

Very friendly staff. A few long term residents. Yet each and every site was well maintained, neat, and tidy. They sell farm fresh eggs in the office, very yummy. Decent wifi for streaming, but zoom calls would occasionally get disconnected. AT&T internet (tethering or LTE modem) was about the same. Freeway and train noise, but not bad enough to disturb sleep. We would consider staying again.

I really liked this place. Staff is friendly and check in was quick. They have a really nice laundry area and a room with exercise bike, treadmill and pool table. Showers were clean and warm. The whole place feels clean and well maintained. They sell ice cream bars in the office. The only drawbacks are a) limited cable (just stations like Ion and TNT, no local stations, news or weather), and b) no dog run for offleash play. Some dog owners count on that. Nonetheless, sometimes it’s good to turn off the tube and give the dog a bully stick. Other pluses: Dennys and gas on your way in or out of the park.

We stay here when traveling up & down I-5 and love this campground. Full hook ups. RV spots are nicely spaced apart—- not crammed together. Friendly hosts, very clean restrooms (heated), well maintained RV park located off I-5 in a quiet, rural setting. Good WiFi , 3-4 bars cell service on T-Mobile. 5 stars

Still relevant. We paid $44/night, FHU. Sunny sites with tree shade options. Nice separation and layout of sites so they seem roomy compared to many typ rv parks.
We are happy here and would return if in the area and corridor. WiFi and cellular good.

Excellent! Location is easy access from freeway, easy late check in. Friendly staff, very helpful when we needed to locate a nearby service garage. Definitely recommend! Would give 4.5 stars if I could, only knock down was for road noise.
Very well maintained. Facilities were pristine. Definitely push it to reach this location if you can.
