Beach is located near the entrance to Colt State Park. Surrounded by Mount Hope Bay to the east and Narragansett Bay to the south and west, Bristol is indeed the most amazing New England waterfront town. It features a pebbly beach with life gaurds, a large grassy expanse with a playground and picnic tables, ample parking, and also a full size softball field, a roller hockey arena, a snack bar, a playground complex for the kids and soccer fields. The Town Beach is located near the entrance to Colt State Park, Bristol, RI Newly renovated playground, pavilion, volleyball, picnic areas, every kind of sporting field including skateboard park, inline hockey, tennis, etc. Six mile fitness trail. Basketball court. There are more pastimes here other than simply hanging out at the beach such as boating, fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and golfing, so you won’t become bored. This section of coastline is so brilliant. Take a side journey to Warren River, and you simply should go to Deyer Rock while you're here at Bristol Town Beach. You can actually walk from Bristol Town Beach to Colt State Park by ways of a small plot of woods, shown in the picture. This is a nice area to visit and relax.
