“Tucked into the Historic District of Warren”
Tucked into the Historic District of one of America's oldest shipbuilding towns, the Thomas Cole House was built c. 1850. You will feel like relaxing in your 2nd floor guest suite, which includes bedroom, bath, dressing room and library. Decorated with old-room charm, you are welcome to read on the terrace, accompanied by the gurgling fountain, or walk through the gardens and stretch out under the 150 year old black ash tree. In the cooler months, enjoy your book by the dining room fireplace. Only 15 minutes from downtown Providence, not much further to Newport and next to Barrington and Bristol, we have lots to offer: just off the East Bay Bike path, up the street from Blount's Boat Cruise departures, walking distance to over eight good restaurants, antique shops galore and Warren's unique home town flavor. A hearty breakfast also awaits you. Children and pets are welcome. Please call for more information and welcome!
