“Search, sleep, explore”
We like to say we are a day's drive from everywhere! That means we are the perfect stop on your way to or from all there is to see and do in Wyoming! We are also a day's drive from Mt Rushmore, Denver, Salt Lake City and many other locations! We offer convenient on/off of I-80We have many wonderful ways to stay with to fit any need, with power at all sites, and for those that love the outdoors but also like to have a roof over their heads. We are also in the process of upgrading to a deluxe couples cabin and 20 new RV sites. Because we are located in a high desert climate, we enjoy great weather - warm, dry, breezy days and cool evenings. There are lots of things to see and do in our area should you choose to stay an extra day or two! We are just off the Continental Divide Trail, the Transamerica Trail and if you are interested in world-class fishing, ATV'ing, hiking or other activities, we can help you find what you are looking for in our area. Just ask one of our Guest Services Specialists when you check in.
Very nice facilities. Clean, nicely laid out with nice campsite and wind breaks which are needed. Very friendly people. Sites are gravel but we had no problem leveling. Good areas for kids and pets. Very quiet at night - no traffic noise. We would stay here again and met a few return guests.
A nice clean KOA with friendly employees. Will stay here again.
Clean, nice people, and a playground. Pretty close to a Walmart which was helpful for our road tripping needs. Great place to stop when passing through!
We were thankful to be in a cabin verses a tent on this cold windy night. I wish the beds were more comfortable. Putting myself in their shoes I understand why they have cheap waterproof thin mats as a mattress but as a paying customer, my husband and I are sore as can be from sleeping on them.
Very nice KOA. Sites are gravel and level. Staff are very friendly and helpful. TV reception over the air is like 5 channels but they are super clear. Cellphone reception is good.
Very nice friendly campground. Very clean and beautifully maintained. We highly recommend this campground when you pass through
It's a good place for an over night stay. It is really close to the interstate and there is truck noise, but not to bad. Staff really nice. We would stay here again if we were just passing thru.
