“The PASTY OVEN is a dream come true.” It started with Gene’s Mother’s recipe; which was used to open a pasty shop in Quinnesec, MI, near Iron Mountain. The Pasty Oven pastys’ popularity grew rapidly. The decision was made to build a USDA plant, so our pastys (trademark spelling) could be distributed throughout the world. The plant opened in 2000 and has grown. The Pasty Oven Pastys can now be found in grocery stores, delis, food service providers, and super centers throughout the Upper Midwest. Gene truly thanks his customers and his fantastic employees for making his dream come true!
