Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on October 03, 2021This park is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Sites are level, large and at least half are pull through; all are well-spaced not on top of one-another with nice shade from large trees. Owners and staff go above and beyond to keep this park clean and manicured. Some noise from nearby lumber mill, but not enough to be a nuisance. Wifi is better than average.
Beautiful area surrounds the town of Quincy, with nearby recreation on the Feather River and Bucks Lake.
This is our second stay at this park and we will definitely stay again on future trips to this lovely area of California.

This was a pleasant place stay! The owners were present and always making sure their guests were comfortable. The laundry facility was always clean and the bathrooms too. There is a nice woodsy spot just in front of the park where we took our pup every day for some exercise. The other employees of the park were great too! We would stay here again if ever in the area and always recommend to friends heading that direction.

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend for two nights and were pleasantly surprised with this last minute reservation. Sites were large with grass and benches. Dog wash station, restrooms, central grassy area. Middle of park had newly planted trees with good sun exposure, and the front of the park by the entrance had very tall pines that provided great shade. Lots of families which gave it a safe feeling, but unfortunately during our stay over the holiday weekend the quiet hours were not enforced and folks were loud well into 2300. There is an onsite laundry, as well as propane sales. Some long-term residents, but mostly vacationers like us. Grocery store and downtown Quincy is several miles down the road. Pioneer Park (kids playground, skate park and pool) are just outside the gate within walking distance (closed due to COVID during our visit). Quincy is a good central location for exploring this area of the Sierras. Had four bars the entire time, but cell service was very slow so we ended up using the WiFi which was plentiful all over the park, and reliably quick.

Pros:
- Free internet is extremely fast - best of any RV park we have ever visted
- Very safe with tons of staff always available and easy to find
- Wood smell of ceder plant next door is heavenly
- Close to local park with pool (closed due to covid), disc golf, and playground
- Large dog wash available for free
- Monthly RV spots appear spacious, wooded, and quiet
- DONUT WHEEL cafe is delicious and just a short walk away - try their donuts & biscuits!
Cons:
- Zero privacy with staff pargos stopping by to chat and maintain ALL RV spots every 5-10 minutes, literally
- All dogs MUST be leashed 100% of the time EVERYWHERE in the park and there is NO onsite dog run
- Local park next door is full of dog poop, especially in the frisbee golf section, and foxtails too
- Short term RV spots are very narrow, only a few have partial grass, and there is very little shade
- Mandatory water regulators sold here, but for twice the price of Amazon - be aware and buy in advance!
- Propane delivery is only available for monthly guests

i had a peaceful stay here.. even in a holiday weekend when the park was full. Everything is organized, clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. Fast Wi-Fi. Clean restrooms/showers. Pull through sites with full hookups. This is a great base for the area... close to the cute town of Quincy and all the recreation in the area. I would 10/10 stay here again!

I have been wanting to stay here for a 1.5 years but wildfires kept me away. Finally stayed here last week for 3 nights and did hiking in the Sierras nearby outside of Graeagle and also next to Bucks Lake. Some roads in the area were closed because of ongoing cleanup from the Dixie fire in 2021.
Arrival was super easy, with an escort to my pull-through site. All hookups worked great, and the WiFi was good. Water pressure in the park is high and a regulator is required. And an insulated waterline is required for the winter months starting in October.
There is a lumber mill less than a mile behind the park and it creates a low-level industrial hum. It is constant but not unpleasant, and easier to ignore than the intermittent noise experienced at RV parks near a highway. You don't hear it when your TV or radio is on, so no big deal.
The town of Quincy is cute and friendly, and the hiking nearby is amazing. I will definitely be back!
