Tumbleweed RV Park

Never stayed here, too uninviting. Did use the water and dump a few times out of convenience, but facilities here are so poor that I just gave up on them. I'd only use them as a last resort.

Dry camped with a group here during Qurartzite RV Show in January 2019. A very large open field.
Lots of RVers this week so internet over Verizon was very slow.
The full hookup sites were very tight.

Tumbleweed is a 38-acre diverse rv campground that caters to citizens on the move such as Rv'ers, Tent Dwellers, Boondocking Residents, Fifth Wheelers, Mobile Homes, Buses, Vans, Trucks and more. Further, the campground has 8-spacious freshwater refill and 4-rv dump stations; back-in and pull-thru full-hookup sites. Large uncrowded dry camping and/or rv boondocking areas and trash dumpsters. Well maintained wide level gravel-soil grounds throughout the park; 24-hour security service. As well as, a community bathroom and shower house. The fact there aren't any children activities or a playground in this park doesn't bother me, since I don't have children.

Length of Stay Prices:
I find prices at this park to be reasonable and based on the camper's preference of stay in accordance with his/her in-person or telephone reservations as follows:
One-day stay without services is $10; Weekly stay with full hookup is $125; Monthly stay with full hookup is $200; Monthly stay for dry camping and/or boondocking is $75, or take advantage of non-residence services such as $5 for freshwater refill stations; $15 for rv dump stations; $5 for use of hot showers. Acceptable payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Although the website says they're open M-F 8:00AM I arrived on a Thursday at 8:05 and nobody was in the office nor was the OPEN sign lit. One glance and you can see it's ratty and unkept. Wasted time.
