Ok park no frills. Sandwiched between the fwy and Main Street so some noise which gets quieter at night. Gravel lot. Close to the big tent. Sites with power and water only or full hookups. Clean small bathroom. Dog park is not enclosed. Very friendly staff. Tents

Called ahead of time during our drive through Arizona for possible dump. They were very friendly and welcoming, $15 charge for dump and water. Allowed us to use the dump (had two drains!!) and then fill up water from one of the sites.

During my first review on B-10 Campground upon my September 2021 arrival, I said I would write a second update to my first review based on what happens when motorhome dwellers accelerate their mass exodus from winter seasons to this main street campground in Quartzsite, AZ. Since my arrival, the name of this campground was changed to Q-View RV Park.

As stated during my initial review: What I enjoyed most about this campground upon my arrival was the friendliness of Jasmine, the office employee. The sparse population of camping residents, distance between motorhomes and trailers as well as meeting a few friendly residents. Although I was the only female black American living at the property from September to November.

In November I was told, a male black American arrived at the campgrounds and was looking for a gym. As a community gym user I was asked for the location of this gym which was passed on to the black male. This male's stay at the park was short because he was gone before, I could meet him. However, he noticed something I hadn't. But two employees (one from the gym and the other from after school care) confirmed the guy was very tall and had visited the gym.

My first depressing experience was when I discovered someone on the property had stolen three round lug nuts from the wheel on my passenger tire (only leaving two of the required five) which are used to attach the front wheel to the axle on my jeep. After taking pictures I called the office to make managers aware of this incident. Based on Joe, Tracie, the manager's husband's quick response and replacement of these lugs using three from my rear tire mount. As a result, I didn't feel the need to file a report with local law officials.

In November as the campground planned for a potential flood of new residents who had booked the row of camp spaces (one which I occupied) were asked to move to the opposite side of the grounds which was a better space but had partial hookup services (water and electric but no sewage hookup).

Not having sewage hookup was a great inconvenience because I had to notify the office when I needed my tanks dumped. Since the actual dumping of motorhome sewage tanks varies based on water and toilet usage it is hard to determine when your tanks might need to be dumped until your toilet burps at you or you smell a foul odor. Further Joe, the manager's husband was the person that did the dumping, and his days off could change as well. As a result, It appeared Joe did his best to provide this service and kept the dumping equipment working.

One day, Joe was off, his equipment wasn't working, and his employees didn't know how to work the equipment or repair it. As a result, because my tank had begin to leak; I unhooked from water and electric services. Packed up breakable items in my motorhome, bungee cord secured all of my cabinets, drawers, closet doors and drove to a nearby RV Pit Stop to dump my tanks.

Although there is a dump site on the campground property it is not setup to accommodate my low pipes nor is the drain reachable by my short sewage hose which is not needed at the Pit Stop. Because the Pit Stop provides long sewage hose which are hooked up and available for customers use.

My second serious disappointment with the managers of this property was as follows: I knew someone would eventually move in next-door beside me; although I enjoyed the solitude of not having to interact with neighbors or hear them talking or slamming doors, I braced myself for this occurrence.

Therefore, upon returning to my motorhome after during laundry and walking my dog near the community center on January 9th, I was pissed to discover a bus had parked on the driver-side of my motorhome; as close as the shared utility box and faucet would allow; ensuring the driver got as much space as possible to enjoy his/her $395 spacious stay and spend quality time with friends which had to been allowed by the manager and her husband who escorts new arrivals to campsites.

Evidently, camping etiquette rules does not apply at this campsite, only BLM properties, and other campgrounds/Rv Parks nationwide. Therefore, No-Mads and Full-Time Campers know and honor camping etiquette rules especially the one that cautions campers to never invade another campers space which could put you at risk by its occupant.

I guess Tracie, the manager of the office and her husband, Joe forgot I paid my monthly $395 on January 3, 2022. Because of their decision and that of the bus-owner, I had a few chores; raise hell until these people moved over to their side, call the police, demand a refund from the manager with support of local officials, or pack up and leave. Upon my decision to do the latter I discovered the tow lights for my jeep had also been stolen by someone at this rv park.

Two thefts and one forced living arrangement is too much to accept when you pay $395 for a campsite on the 3rd of every month. Why tolerate this expense, forced living arrangements, and theft of personal properties when you can live for free for 14-days at BLM properties and Army Corps of Engineers Campgrounds.
