Luckily found this amazing little park in while traveling through Texas. The staff were wonderful and helpful as they were busy making renovations to the park. Wifi was great, especially during the day while I was working remotely with zoom calls. They just finished adding their first shower and bath and also adding in washer and dryers. No charge. Probably the friendliest staff I have come across so far in my first year of traveling.

This is a small family owned piece of land that has been in the family since 72. They opened and dedicated to their Dad, a rancher who loved to RV.
It was sweet she shared the story.
We drove 1.5 miles into town and got gas at Loves.
The historic railroad museum was closed but we are anxious to go next time we pass through.

Best shower and laundry facilities I've encountered. Easy highway access and friendly staff. Gravel pads in a wide open field, but that's the nature of North Texas. Excellent hookups and wifi.

New park, maybe open 18 months when we were here. Gorgeous showers, bathrooms and laundry was perfect. Lovely little shaded spot to sit near the field and enjoy the sunset or work from the great outdoors. Their wifi seemed to be a free 5mb option but cell service worked great too. Verizon on a Galaxy s21 ultra was 100-150/20-35. I didn't test all our hotspots, but they all worked great. The cell tower is visible on the farm or the school property that is adjacent to this park, so cell service works fine as well as their wifi.
We will be back here. This was such a great spot, lovely owners and we highly recommend this park.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in back-in full hookup site #13. Site was filled with large gravel rocks and it was mostly level. We appreciated the 50 amp plug on the electrical post. The husband and wife team that owns this campground are incredibly nice people. During check-in they gave us several brochures on local places of interest. Excellent private bathrooms and showers. Laundry area has 3 washers and 3 dryers and the best part is that they are 100% free of charge! That is a very rare RV park experience indeed. Two of the machines are large-capacity LG HE energy efficient models. They were even able to accommodate our bedroom comforter. Wow! My AT&T phone had 4 strong bars and my wife's Verizon phone had 5 bars. The local FOX station programmed successfully as an over-the-air TV channel. Free wifi worked at the site and it was excellent. Super high 40+ mph winds hit on our second night along with thunder and lightning and it was a scary experience! One of the owners mentioned the next day that guests are welcome to stay in the bathroom/laundry building during strong weather events. United Supermarket grocery store down the street is above average for a small town. We wanted to visit the Hardeman County Historical Museum but sadly it is closed until November 6th.

We were on our way back home when we came across this rv park. It is well taken care of and even has a fenced in dog park. The sites are gravel and level. It is right off the main highway but far enough back that while inside your rv you can’t hear a thing. Didn’t use any of the shower/laundry but it is available. Great spot to stay overnight. Wifi is good as well. There isn’t much around this rv park but the price reflects that.great ATT coverage

Typical Texas campground. Wide open park with no trees.
All spaces have grass with a nice table. Sites have no fire ring, but a covered picnic area does.
Staff is wonderful. Easy check in. No one at the office when we pulled. Called the number and was told just to pull in to our site and pay later.
The showers are great. Two private rooms that are very clean.
Washers and dryers are new models and are free. They ask for a donation, which we did.
Like this park along. A gem for the small town of Quanah.
