Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 27, 2019We had a hard time finding RV sites for July that would accommodate last min in the Seattle area for 3 nights ended up jumping around to RV parks just to take in the sites. This RV park sure was very accommodating and was able to get us in even though it was same day. Lots are tight but it’s not a problem for us (32’ motor home c class). When I called to book they have comparable rates with 4 person check-in we are a family of 5 so had to pay for addition child. Check in was fast and easy they have cable box to set up for cable tv and keys for washroom. Clean restrooms and laundry. Park is clean and very friendly staff and other RV’ers. Cash only no card payments. I would stay again if passing through for a couple nights my only thing is it’s a little out of the way if you want to check out Seattle but with Uber/Lyft and local transit we we’re able to make things work. Oh and yes it connects to a Mobile trailer park, but very well kept and clean.

The location is convenient. Most are long term residents. Sites are tight. We stayed there because we could use their address. The RV park is clean and quiet.

We booked this campground based on other campers' "good" reviews, "selective" photos, and location.
We planned and paid for two nights but found the site intolerable. We immediately brought this to the attention of the individual on the desk. Space B is located next to the pool, but also next to the garbage dumpsters. The putrid smell, we thought came from a busted sewer line (there were exposed pipes adjacent to our site), but we were told there's a neighboring fertilizer pl ant. Our concerns were dismissed. We were told we'd have to speak to Rosa the next morning to request a refund on the second night. Today, prior to our 11:00 a.m. departure, the office remained closed. We did not have an opportunity to speak to anyone.
While our site was spacious enough, the location was not suitable, especially for the price paid, $71.10 (pre-tax & fees). The parking surface is asphalt & gravel. The noise level is tolerable, primarily traffic and trains. We had limited phone service and Wi-Fi. The general appearance of this campground seems to be filled with full-time residents.

The only thing this place has going for them was they had a site available. The spots are tight. I had only 6 inches of space with awning extended on one side and barely walking room on the other. I stayed for 4 mos only because I couldn’t find anything else at the time for an extended stay that wasn’t going to cost $1500+ .Staff was rude and grouchy all the time. Took over a week for the background check and was charged $81/night until it was approved then monthly rates kicked in. Septic backed up due to filters not being cleaned. Smelled of sewage all the time. Sewage backed up all my site/equipment. Clean up consisted of watering down sewage so it would seep into ground and spraying of bleach (illegal cleanup procedures). They did replace my contaminated water hose after some debate they had been contaminated. Dog park had feces everywhere. No one cleaned up after their dogs. One resident would let their mean little dog out to pottie to roam free and would come to my site to bark and growl and use my site as a restroom every day. No fencing or tie outs allowed. Breed restrictions but others had restricted breeds there. Lots of construction due to major water leaks. Mainly long term so mailboxes are available for rent. Package delivery is difficult since the only address legally recognized is the office. Most deliveries are made to the office and staff is difficult to work with when retrieving packages.
First site they had me in would barely fit my trailer (35 ft fifth wheel) with no parking for my truck. They did accommodate me and move me to a new spot but questioned as to why it wouldn’t fit since they recently measured the spot at 35 ft. They have no knowledge about trailers/motor homes at all.
A few residents were friendly but most kept to themselves. One neighbor ran a business out of his trailer and had a lot of what appeared to be supplies stored outside next to his trailer. There were a few trailers needing some repair but otherwise they were older yet in decent shape.
All in all it was a miserable stay I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s just a piece of land/parking lot converted into rv parking
