You enter and are immediatly in a lunch room line to get your food. Line moves fast when they are busy though. Helps to step back and look at the menu quickly before you get in line. The food is great and the portions are definetly large! The have souvenir cups that you can purchase for your beverage. Once through the line there are dollar bills taped all over the walls with names on them. Choose your own seating and leave your trays when done.

One of the best BBQ places that we have been to! Found it on accident when our GPS decided that the back roads were the right way to go. Quick and delicious. Sauce is very flavorful and not too sweet. Highly recommend if you're driving through that area. Can't wait to drive across the country again so we can stop here and eat.
