“Outdoors & Recreation in Tooele, UT”
Bridal Veil Falls, just four miles up Provo Canyon, is one of the most unique places to visit in Utah. At 607 feet, it is the tallest waterfall in Utah.
The falls were pretty small and not a ton to see. A lot of kids in the water and climbing up on the rocks. It was pretty, but didn't spend a ton of time there.
We did this little walk with our two kids (4 and 6 at the time) and our two dogs. It was a hot day and the cool water was perfect for the kids to walk in. It was a bit rocky and slippery so you have to be careful when playing in the water. There was a nice area with picnic tables by the parking lot to have lunch. It was a bit crowded but was the perfect stop on a long road trip to get out, stretch legs, enjoy nature, and have lunch.
Beautiful view of falls as we drove through the impressive Provo Canyon. Didn't have time to stop.
Cool spot, water was super cold in July. Take second left to the bottom parking lot.
Awesome! Must stop! Go down to the bottom road and park and cross the bridge to the falls. We went in August and there was a good amount of water. Portapotties but not bathrooms. Bring a picnic there is no food or water to buy.
Visited in July 2019 in the morning and no one was around minus the few joggers and bikers which was nice. You do have to walk over a charming little bridge from the parking lot - but it is easily accessible to everyone. Great quick little detour.
