“See the bullet-riddled Ford V-8”
The car Is moved around between casino's. Call before visiting
Here's how you can take the actual road trip that Bonnie and Clyde did with their death car...
My husband loved this spot. It is not at the location marked. It's actually at Whisky Petes across the street. There's a little exhibit, also including documents, pictures and Clyde's "death shirt." The car was behind glass walls so you can't get too close to the actual car. Because it's in a casino we got in and out pretty fast as we had kids with us. They just asked us to bring them in via the outer edges of the room.
100 W Primm Blvd, Jean, NV 89019 is correct address and it's located by main cashier desk
It’s now at the Primm Valley casino. Go to the “Casino Mall Entrance” and up the escalator.
This is no longer at Whiskey Pete’s! (Feb 2022).
It’s located in the Whiskey Pete’s casino. We stopped and ate inside then looked at the car. A nice stop to our road trip. Mask were required inside.
Really cool exhibit, even if there's doubt that the car might not be genuine. There's a few "death cars" floating around the U.S. that have been featured in different exhibits and films, but it's widely thought that this is the ACTUAL car Bonnie and Clyde died in.
Very weird to see in real life. Make sure you check out Clyde's blood-stained shirt while you're there!
The exhibit has been taken to a Children’s Charity in CA, according to a Whiskey Petes employee. There was an empty plexiglass box where the death car used to be… my kids were bummed, but seemed okay to read the other Whiskey Pete legends around the casino edges. Its a good strech spot and has clean restrooms.
Early June the exhibit was moved on loan to Simi Valley FBI museum.
After going to the Bonnie & Clyde ambush site and the museum located in the restaurant where they picked up breakfast before the ambush... We had to see the real car! We have been fascinated with the story of Bonnie & Clyde and seeing the car was the final stage. They also have Clyde's shirt he was wearing and Al Capon's bullet proof car on display.
