Whiskey Pete's Hotel & Casino

Stayed in our rv in the very far (north) side of Whiskey Pete’s parking lot. We stayed for one night and pulled in around midnight and left at 6:30am the next morning. No one bothered us. A little freeway noise and bright lights from flashing casino signs.

We noticed there’s a very large Flying J truck parking lot right next to the casino lot and a lot of semi trucks parked there.

We would utilize this lot again.

We are so glad this parking lot is available to RVs to stay for the nite. Easy to get to right off the fwy.
Perfect place to brake the drive and sleep. Nothing fancy. Just park , sleep and go. Get some gas .
Stayed 2 times now, on our way to and from Utah from LA area.

The freeway is a bit noisy and the lighting from the casino flashes all night but not so bad that you can’t get a night’s sleep.

Really easy access from the freeway.

Seems safe.

I asked security if I could stay over night and they said no problem.

Stopped for a short overnight. Parking lot is very big and can accommodate quite a few RVs. The RVs already parked when we arrived even had their slides out (at least partially). It's very well lit, but there was an occasional sketchy person now and again hanging out in the parking lot. It's pretty close to the freeway, so there is quite a bit of freeway noise, but not unbearably loud. There is a Flying J truck stop adjoining the parking lot.

A great spot to stop for the night. Found it hard to find a place to boondock in Las Vegas and headed towards LA. This was a great flat spot to sleep and spend the night with no worries of being kicked out. We just parked in the paved area. Lots of trucks and other RVs. I saw the BLM area but it was dark when we arrived. So we didn’t navigate it it looks fine also for setting up camp if you get here in daylight.

We paused here for the night. A few big rigs in the lot. We were able to find a level place without difficulty behind Whiskey Pete’s. We were near the entrance to the dry lake bed. A couple of TT’s headed there.
Cell service is sketchy. 5ge 2 bars. 8.78 Mbps download 2.59 Mbps upload.

Parking is only allowed behind the hotel and along with the trucks at flying j. Security will find you quickly and ask you to move if you park in the front lot. That said, there are shorter sits at the back of the back lot which don't fit trucks but fit RVs nicely and there's a number of us here.

We pulled in toward the entrance and then drove around to park behind the parking garage . Big open area and beyond it what appears to be BLM land so you could also pop back there for even more privacy . We stayed on the concrete , it was level (mostly) . Starbucks across the street for a morning start . Spending one night and maybe $20 on a slot machine! Lol

Stayed one night, plenty of room in the parking lot. Casino was closed that night but it looks like it could be a fun place if you plan ahead. Only problem was lots of trucks going by to fuel station.
