Note US 89 does not allow rigs over 40 feet.
The entrance is between two guard rails which will limit the size rig that can fit. Please note that US 89 is a busy highway so backing onto it may not be possible. There is limited turn around at the site so this would be best suited for a small rig or van.
The area does receive highway noise and is exposed.

Agree with everything the last reviewer said. Right off the hwy and great for a quick overnight. The road is actually not all that busy so I barely even hear it. Even with my regular sized van, I couldn't turn around to get out so you pretty much have to back out onto the hwy.
It is exposed so you will get wind noise, but it was not all that windy the night I stayed. Very clean, no trash anywhere.
Verizon had 2 bars and was fast. No T-Mobile service at all even with a cell booster.

Very small area with a beautiful view. Not sure how many people could squeeze in here and it’s close to the road but overall very nice and easily accessible.

I’m here in my car and there is a cedar tree with large, overhanging branches. You will not be able to get in without being in a truck camper or a van. A not very tall travel trailer might work forget getting a motorhome in here without serious scratches

My wife and I saw a motorhome parked there a year ago and we said if we ever had the chance we were going to camp there ourselves. When we purchased a truck camper, one of the first places we went to was here and it did not disappoint. We had no issues or trouble getting into or turning around at the spot. There is at least 40 feet width in several places that you could turn a vehicle around even with a small trailer bigger units would have to back in and block traffic on highway 89. Doable but not advisable. There’s several places to park that are fairly level, but if you want to be next to the tree, you will have to do some work to level your vehicle. overall, I would say this is one of our favorite places to camp. The views were spectacular. The weather was great. During the day there was some road noise, but at night traffic is nearly nonexistent.
