“Southeast’s original late night hot dog”
Zach’s Shack serves all beef dogs with a natural casing. The dogs are steamed. It’s the casing and the steaming that gives the dogs the “snap”. Opened in 2004 as a food cart just down the street, Zach’s Shack moved in at 46th & Hawthorne in July 2005.
