The flagship product, Elemental Vodka is a certified-organic vodka created from organic Northwest wheat, produced using 100% wind-energy, filtered to perfection through a continuous charcoal filtering process, and cut to proof using the pristine waters of the Pacific Northwest Bull Run Watershed.

Highball Distillery is committed to creating high-quality spirits from regional, organic ingredients through the use of environmentally-sustainable production practices.
We believe in supporting regional and organic farms, investing in sustainable industry, championing independent and creative thinking, and making and drinking quality spirits. It was our goal to blend these sensibilities into a distinctly Oregon product —Elemental Vodka.
For us, vodka production goes beyond "responsible drinking." Responsible drink-making is just as important. We are located in Portland Oregon's Distillery Row.
