“situated on 46 scenic acres”
Oak Beach County Park is a combination campground and day use facility situated on 46 acres with a total of 55 sites featuring modern and tent camping. For the sportsman, there is a sandy swimming beach, fishing, or a nearby adventure golf course. Oak Beach is great for camping, day use, swimming, and special events. The park also hosts a variety of activities including complementary coffee, cookies & donuts every Saturday morning, movies (weather permitting), crafts and karaoke. All special events will be posted on the bulletin board at the park. For your convenience, the park has made every effort to provide Wifi services. Unfortunately, the trees and other obstructions cause the Wifi signal to be disrupted and therefore not reliable. You may want to consider direct internet service to your camping unit from an internet provider.

Ratings Summary
this place is awful. sites are listed as much bigger than they are. we measured because site 15 claims to be 43x23 but will fit up to 35 foot. our site was actually 30 feet deep and if we could have fit our 33 foot tt in the site once we had the slides out there would have been no where to park our truck or move around.
check in process was lacking- the host never got out of his chair just asked my name and yelled it to someone in the camper who stepped out with paperwork and asked me to come to her to retrieve it. cars parked where they shouldn't be so we couldn't maneuver through the park to our site. when a car needed to be moved everyone was yelling for "so and so to move his F-ing truck" and then when so and so showed up it was clear to me that I was a burden.
neighbors loudly complained the entire time we were trying to back in about how big our rig was. we were uncomfortable and decided to leave and drive home.
Bottom line this is a seasonal campground where everyone is friends and campers for the weekend aren't made to feel welcome and the sites are very small.
