Perfect place right off hwy to stay for us overnight instead of boondocking. Sites have electric, water and sewer hook ups. I didn’t notice any grills or fire rings, but was perfect for a overnight stay. 3 min down the road we stopped and went swimming at Ponce De Leon springs which was nice. No pics of campsite due to dark when we arrived. Owners seem to live on site and VERY nice, even met us at site when we arrived to help if we needed backing in ( beginners), which we didn’t very easy.
RV park still in process of building new sites and pool I believe.

This is a jewel in the making. Nice, quiet, and clean. This was our second time there and we would stay again. We accidentally left our very expensive surge protector there and Jennifer returned it to us quickly. They are very accommodating. Thank you.

Ponce De Leon RV Park is new and striving to be the nicest park in Florida. It is a convenient location near Destin (45 minutes) and it is 5 minutes off the highway. I was worried about the highway noise but the trees block the noise even in the winter.
We stayed here in February and it was cold and rainy so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the beauty and the local attractions.
They have 3 washers and 3 dryers. They have a nice, open air pavilion for covered enjoyment.
We had a nice pull-through site.
The people were nice and friendly! They have contactless check-in too.
It was an easy stay and we would definitely come back.

We wanted to like this place. It seemed new, new owners and just getting started. We felt a bit misled when we got there. We seriously thought we were in the wrong place from the pictures we saw on the website. It was a pretty basic place, with what appeared to be a fair amount of full time residents. We ended up not using the laundry (busy, lots of people coming and going, most smoking), not using the wifi everyone raved about in reviews (it didn’t even come up until our second day there), and never actually talking to anyone from the park. We had one of the nicer sites (17), with FHU and a concrete slab. But again, we’re confused because there was birdseed, kitty litter and a welcome mat on the slab like someone was there and just vacated for us. Overall, it was okay, but we wouldn’t stay again.

This is not a fancy place yet but it is FHU for a great price, on gravel mostly level spaces. It’s great proximity off I-10. And only 45 mins to beautiful Seaside, FL beaches. It’s 5-10 mins from Ponce De Leon Springs State Park.
Lots of trees block the highway noise. The staff is super nice. Owner stated that they are opening up 47 more sites this summer, and putting in a pool. They have a really nice pavilion with lounging area, laundry, and decent showers. We had great WiFi signal for working as well. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Only thing negative was the leaf blower being run at 8-9 pm.

We stayed here one night in April on our way to South Florida. Several long term residents, the grounds were a bit unkept, no check in needed, no Camp host, kinda rough overall. Gravel spot with lots of weeds. Dumpsters on the way in to the park and not out. Pretty much an overnight only spot if we needed it, but nothing more. Far enough from the Interstate to keep the traffic noise to a minimum. Could be a great park with some TLC.

Poorly marked turn from highway to park. Campsite didn't match all the photos on their website, some are obviously from elsewhere. "Amenities" are abysmal. Men's restroom in poor repair. Gravel sites, not level, closely spaced like an RV dealer's lot. We've stayed in nicer Walmart parking lots. Grotesquely overpriced for the value. They charged the credit card to hold the slot so we stayed 1 night and plugged in our power cord. At least that worked as promised.

stayed 7 nights. There are a few sites that have a nice concrete pad, of which mine was one. The owner just bought the place last year and are doing a lot of work based on my conversation with him. More concrete pads - additional sites, possibly a pool, etc. Very very nice guy. The property is on a minimally sloping hill side but there seems to be a lot of wash out along the gravel drives that may need addressing. Mostly long-termers there and it was very quite after dark (although it was very cold too). Convenient to the highway but minimal noise.
20 minute drive to the nearest town with Wal Mart, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of outdoor activities in the area as well. Overall I'd stay again simply due to convenience of location and the quietness.
ATT on Peplink router was decent (10-15 mbps down, 2-5 mbps up). Tmobile was a little slower.

Site 17 is a premium site, cement pad, cement patio area, patio table and chairs. Most sites don't have cement. Apparently site 17 is owned by someone else and the proceeds are divided. Site 17 also has a mid and rear sewer connection. Site was very large pull thru and easily fit my 5er and truck.
This campground is a "work in progress". There will be a bunch more sites when completed and the owner plans to cement many or all...but it's not there at this writing. Water pressure at my site was a decent 45 lbs. Overall it was a well behaved quiet campground. Laundry had 3 washers and 3 dryers (one was out of order). $2 to washer, $2 to dry. The owner is very nice and actually delivered my mail directly to my RV (that's a first). There is an area under roof to play games (bring your own). The campground bathrooms are not ideal, although functional, look old and repaired with a coat of paint thrown over.
There are many natural attractions nearby, Ponce De Leon practically across the street, Morrison Spring (my favorite) and Vortex which is private and in need of repair from a hurricane.

The sites here are huge for a commercial RV park (i.e., not a state park or similar). The owner was extremely nice and everything was well-maintained including the reservation and customer service operation which was done remotely and very efficiently.
The sites aren't landscaped. Most sites are gravel. A few sites have concrete pads. It did not rain while we were there but it looked like there was enough dust amidst the gravel that our dog's paws would have gotten very muddy had it been wet.
It was mostly a stopover for us but we used the time to visit Ponce de Leon Springs State Park, which has a beautiful clear spring-fed pool (but no camping). Other than that, I'm not sure there's much to do in the area. The campground is right next to a Dollar General store.
The shower facilities did not look inviting at all. I often prefer a campground's shower to my own RV shower. Not here.
They use Tengo Internet for their wifi service. Signal was weak in our site but generally worked OK.
We'll definitely stay there again when we are in the area and need a stopover.
