From Pendleton, OR: Follow Interstate-84 east for 33 miles to the Summit Road/Mt. Emily Exit #243. Turn east on Forest Service Road #31 for 12.5 miles to Forest Service Road #3113. Turn left and go one mile to Summit Guard Station. Trailhead is across the road to the right.
