February 19th, 2019: RVer report confirms report fro Oct 2018, & info provided by TX DOT. Overnight RV Parking is allowed. State of TX allows parking (not camping) for up to 24 hours in Rest Areas, Picnic Areas, etc. unless there is signage to the contrary. Long area (over half a mile total) has a single roadway with parallel parking only. Lots of trees for shade. Depending on vertical clearance, some RVs may be able to park under trees for shade. Level, Unlighted, appears safe, with I-37 traffic noise. 3 covered picnic tables, trash barrels; no other known amenities.
Directions
SB I-37, ~ Milepost 112-113, serving SB traffic. Exit to Parking Area, then park parallel to either curb, without obstructing traffic movement.
