Campground was very nice and clean. It was a nice couple days break from the summer heat of Vegas. Campground hosts were very nice and kept the place looking very clean. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. The campground was fuller than I anticipated, but I was still able to get a spot since I arrived Friday morning. I suspect that if I had gotten there on Saturday morning or even later Friday evening I might not have been able to get a spot. I would suggest reserving a spot for piece of mind. My only negative is someone a few campsites down decided they wanted to split logs at 9pm at night. Technically it wasn't within the quiet hours of 10pm to 6am but still a little annoying. Other than that the place was great, and that could happen anywhere to be fair. I recommend the campground and I plan on going back myself.

Large camp sights. Beautiful scenery. Tent pads. Restrooms. No hook-ups. Nice spacing between sights. Cell service in town 2 minutes away.

Tiny campsite. Right on top of the two adjacent sites. Might as well stay at Wal Mart.. Looked like it was redone and the sites in this area were packed together to get more money from more sites. Try another campground.

Checked in thru 'guard shack' & got into site no problems. Camp hosts were all over anyone new arriving even if the guard post was manned. Was shocked they allowed fires and were even selling firewood given how much of the west is under restriction. Quiet hours 10pm - 6am. No dump station on site but there's one on way back to St George that's free of charge (about 10-15min drive from the camp sites).

Stayed at the old Ranger Station Cabin during March. What sounded like a great spring getaway turned out to be a freezing disaster. Snow everywhere in late March, daytime highs in the 40s with overnight lows of 25-27. No rangers or any staff around and no other campers either. Didn’t mind the quietness, but would prefer some civilization nearby when there’s no cell service. If we try Pine Valley again it would have to be in either late Summer or early Fall.

Absolutely love this campsite for a disconnect and getaway weekend! Not much service and not near anything really. Small town you can drive through, but there's not much. You have a gorgeous lake right behind you, no paddleboarding allowed, but you can fish and we saw lots of deer. There's a nice paved path all around it. Fire rings and a picnic table. Clean bathrooms and a SUPER friendly and fun staff.
