I would give zero stars if I could.
This park recently changed to a Jellystone park. Gives Jellystone parks a bad name.
The entrance has a word roundabout, which wouldn't be an issue, but it immediately goes left, then right, then left. Difficult to maneuver with a trailer.
The woman in the office was stressed, over worked and rude.
Ok, got past that and drove to our site #65. This site would have been fine, but there was someone already camped in it.
Called the office, she said they had another site #67. Checked that one out. It was full of all the electrical and sewer for the row. Literally right behind our trailer. Almost touching.
Called again. She said they didn't have any other sites.
Asked for a refund, which she said no problem. Have yet to receive our money back.
The campground is old worn out and very crowded. It's on a hill and none of the sites are level.
It is very close to the busy highway and we assume very noisy
Would not recommend this park to any one.
I gave 4 stars for location because, you know, Dollywood...
We left and found a very nice RV park 2 miles away, Mill Creek Resort.

As you drive into the campground, you are struck by how tight squeezed everything is. The sites are simply not long enough, so everyone has to park their truck sideways in front of their camper. Many of the trucks end up needing to park partially into the road, which makes it difficult to maneuver around.
Our site was quite unleveled, which admittedly, we were warned it would be a little unleveled when we booked it. We are used to setting up on not the most level spaces, but this was significantly worse.
If you need to do laundry, be prepared to do it in a dirty laundry room with some broken machines.
Lastly, and most importantly, there is not enough space near the campsites for kids to play. As a result, they are at times out in the road, which needless to say is very dangerous.
We love to camp, and have always been impressed with how kid friendly Jellystone is for kids, with plenty of play space. If you go here, know that this is not like other Jellystone campgrounds, not even by a longshot.

Not a lot of space. Convenient location. Not camper friendly: should have more shower location with half of shower rooms under repair

Honestly, we booked this site because of the proximity to Dollywood and I only read reviews after we were about to make the trip. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews on here and told my wife that we might have to change it up if it was as bad as people say.
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay! The park was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. I think that it probably doesn't live up to the Jellystone brand, and doesn't have many of the amenities that they normally have and this is why people were negative about it. I've never been to another Jellystone park so I was happy with it.
We were near one of the pools and the kids had a great time. The dog park is not easy to get to but we only used it a few times. Sites were clean, well spaced, and I had no issues getting level.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bathhouse and grounds very clean. Sites were nice and level paved with fire pit but are close together. Enter is a little tight for a big rig. Enjoy our stay very close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge

-truck had to be parked sideway even in premium site to fit into spot and we don’t even have big rig
- premium was level and concrete which was great.
- water source quit working midway through stay. Office staff was nice and gave splitter for another sites water, thank goodness nobody was camping next to us.
-not much for kids to play, sites are small, does not compare to other jellystone. Tired, old RV park.
-nicely shaded site however we had to trim branch to open awning.
-bath house clean but worn and dated
- store was well equipped and Wi-Fi was fast.
Good base camp if you are not looking to spend time at your site and are looking for basics only.
