SUPER NICE RV Park in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Roomy and fairly spacious sites with all the amenities.
One BIG THING: Do Not rely on your GPS to locate this park, you will end up going through a Residential Area. Keep on the Main Drag through Pigeon Forge and Look for Pine Mountain Road, which will take you right to the park. I believe it is STOP Light #5. Just watch the signs
Recommend this RV Park.
This park is just on the other side of the ridge line paralleling the main strip through Pigeon Forge. It is across the street from a MainStay Suites property, and the partnership with that property allows guests of the park to use the pool and lazy river at the hotel in addition to the pool within the park. The park is relatively new and the facilities are nice. There is limited shade due to the age of the park. Because it is over the ridge and travel along the road adjacent to the park seems limited to local residents, road noise is minimal with this location and it afforded a great night's sleep. It is convenient to Dollywood and attractions on the southern end of town, as well as minimizing red-light stops en-route to Gatlinburg.

We visited the park over Labor Day week, and the park was almost full. But didn't seem too crowded. Lots were very nice, concrete pad with picnic table, full hookups, pull through. Only a couple blocks from the parkway. Was quiet and very friendly. Across the street is the Mainstay Suites, a partner with Pine Mountain RV Park. Shared additional amenities with Mainstay. Would be great for large families where the RV would not hold them all. We love the smokies and will definitely return to this RV park.

Great site. Backs up on a stream, so you have the soft sounds of water. Great utilities, excellent restrooms and showers. Didn’t use the pool but it was rainy and chilly at the time. Firewood available and 2 minutes from the main road in town, 10 minutes to the Smokies.

Everything is super nice and clean. Bathhouse was one of the nicest we've come across on our journey so far. The individual shower rooms were a plus. The pull-through spots were the cheapest, but also in the center of the park. They also aren't super long, so I wouldn't recommend a big rig here. There isn't much room left for your vehicle either. The better spots back up to a small creek that provides some nice ambience. In general the slots are pretty packed in there, but some foliage helps to give you a little privacy. Minutes from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Staff was great. ATT service was very good.

Fairly small campground for the area but that’s why it’s awesome! Check in was quick and easy. The whole park is very well maintained and super clean! All the sites have concrete pads. Most are pull through, with some back in sites that have a creek behind them. Bathrooms, shower rooms, and laundry all have electronic code locks. The pool is a 0 entry that goes to 4ft and is COLD. Haha. At least it was during our stay. They also have free WiFi. Cell service is good but data usage is slow due to the sheer volume of people in Pigeon Forge. The campground is just off the main strip so you don’t hear the traffic or the attractions in the area. Will definitely come back.

Obtained a military discount for our stay. Resort is super clean and very quiet at night. Restrooms and showers are cleaned every morning by a crew around 7:00am, Both are 5 star hotel quality. We didn't have a toad, used the trolley service, a stop is across the street from Resort at hotel, which by the way, with Resort receipt allows use of their indoor and outdoor pools. Resort has a good WIFI system, though they ask you not use your own hotspot. Viewing Netflix did lead to some stuttering.

Clean, well kept, level concrete slab, a few minutes from central strip but quiet. We stayed on the creek, which was very nice with relaxing babble. Great private showers and clean restroom. Nice place to stay:)
